EXPERIENCE

I hold a Certificate III and Certificate IV in Fitness and have spent years working exclusively with women to help them build strength, lose weight, keep it off and feel genuinely confident in their bodies.

My work is shaped by my own experience. I lost 34kg myself, and I understand what it actually takes not just physically, but mentally. I know what it feels like to start, to struggle, and to come out the other side. That journey is the reason I became a trainer, and it's at the core of how I work with every client.

I specialise in women aged 25โ€“45 who are ready to make a real, lasting change. Whether you're juggling careers, study, family, and everything in between, or simply don't know where to start, I build programs that work around your life and are designed to deliver lasting results.
