PROJECT UPDATE STAGE 1 - COMPLETED
Stage One is complete - ice baths have landed and walls are now sheeted!
We're deep into Stage Two, with flooring going down and both our infrared + traditional saunas taking shape — all on track to wrap up by end of April.
We'll also be introducing two plunge pools: one hot, one cold - designed for the ultimate contrast therapy experience.
Stage Three construction will follow, with final finishes before our grand opening in late May.
