I have over 2 years of experience as a qualified personal trainer, alongside nearly a decade dedicated to my own training journey. I help clients build foundational strength, confidence, and long-term consistency in their training. With a strong background in calisthenics,I understand what it takes to develop real, sustainable progress.
While I specialise in bodyweight strength, I also coach traditional resistance training to ensure clients build well-rounded functional strength and muscle. My coaching focuses on strong fundamentals, progressive programming, and sessions that challenge you while remaining enjoyable.
