EXPERIENCE
Hi, I’m Somee, and I’m originally from South Korea.
I have a background in Physical Therapy and spent four years working in a hospital, where I supported patients with rehabilitation and pain management. Through this experience, I developed a deep understanding of how the body moves and heals. I later became a certified Pilates instructor, combining my rehabilitation knowledge with Pilates to help people move better, feel stronger, and recover safely.
As my passion for fitness continued to grow, I also became a certified Personal Trainer and have been working in the industry for over five years. I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, including post-surgery rehabilitation, strength and core training, and weight management.
My goal is to create a positive and supportive environment where you can enjoy movement, build confidence, and achieve a healthier, happier lifestyle. I truly believe that exercise should feel good and be something you look forward to 😊
