EXPERIENCE

Kia ora! I'm Tui from New Zealand. A functional fitness trainer with a background in both the fitness and music industry. At just 17 I was 128kgs 40-45% body fat when I began my journey. Starting with weights and cardio, I lost over 30kgs down to 20% body fat. Eventually I found a love for functional fitness which only propelled my health immensely.

This lead to a career in the fitness industry where I discovered a talent and passion for coaching. Ultimately I co-founded a CrossFit gym in Rotorua, NZ. Working with the ages from 10, all the way through to 79yrs old helping people move correctly. Even training my 64yr old mother who started exercising at the age of 50. My focus is to improve your everyday life not just in the gym. Training to be able to keep up with your children, hike with your friends, and experience life having confidence.
