How long are training sessions?
All sessions are 45 minutes, the optimal duration for a focused, high-intensity workout, including a warm-up, main block tailored to your goals, and a cool-down. Extended bookings can be arranged for specific programs.
What type of training do you offer?

How frequently should I see a trainer?
